I'm Natalie, a qualified and experienced Electronic Notetaker. I provide text-based support using NoteEd to deaf and hard of hearing clients throughout Birmingham and the Black Country. I pride myself on my professional and friendly approach, and high standards.
QUALIFIED
I have completed the OCN Level 3 in Electronic Notetaking to Support People with Disabilities. I also hold a BA (Honours) degree in English from the University of Birmingham, meaning my written English skills are to a very high standard.
INSURED & PROFESSIONAL
I am fully insured and DBS checked. I am also a member of the Association of Notetaking Professionals (ANP) and abide by their Code of Conduct, which you can read by clicking here.

EXPERIENCED
I have three years' experience providing Electronic Notetaking support to deaf and hard of hearing people in the West Midlands. I have also worked with people with visual impairments, Asperger's and dyslexia.
FLEXIBLE
I am available to provide support in the Black Country and Birmingham area, specifically Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell & Dudley, Cannock and Birmingham. If you require support further afield, please get in touch as I may be able to help.
